We strive to accurately assess the overall health of an individual at their very first visit. This includes vital signs, InBody body fat/visceral fat analysis, full history and physical, as well as consideration for laboratory analysis. Following this, a treatment plan is constructed in order to provide the patient with a road map to more vitality.

This integrative matrix is the model by which we help provide guidance to our clients. It allows for identification of areas to focus our attention, in order to provide a road map towards more health and vitality and away from a state of dis-ease.

Fees for Service
Physician time - 60 minutes
InBody 570 evaluation
- Body fat and visceral fat analysis, and also includes evaluation of basal metabolic rate (calorie needs)
- This evaluation also includes 15 minute discussion of results.
LightForce Laser Therapy
LightForce laser therapy is useful for the following:
- pain reduction with many acute and chronic ailments
- improved range of motion and decreased dependence on pain medications
- may be beneficial in patients with Chronic Fatigue and Long Covid syndromes
Health Packages
3 visit (3-4 month) health package
Aim:
- to provide intensive health evaluation and a roadmap for health transformation
- Initial 1 hour integrative medicine assessment with InBody 570 analysis
- 2 follow-up 1 hour visits
- Recommendation for conventional and specialty lab evaluation
- Detailed health plan for optimization
- Follow-up InBody 570 analysis at 3-4 months
- Includes non-urgent communication with me via EMR
Annual Functional Membership
1 Year membership
Aim:
- to provide access to HealthTruthLife, LLC for continued health transformation and/or annual health maintenance/support
- Includes up to three 1-hour office visit during the year
- Includes up to 2 InBody 570 evaluations
- Includes all non-emergent communication throughout the year via EMR
- Includes 2 free laser therapy sessions
- Access to specialty testing throughout the year
- Should additional comprehensive office visits be necessary, they will be charged at 1/2 price during the membership
*Recommended labs are not included in the cost of clinical services. Lab pricing can vary, and can be run through a client's health insurance, if available. Most specialty labs (stress hormone, genetic testing, stool analysis, etc) are cash only. HealthTruthLife, LLC accepts cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA/FSA account payments for clinical services rendered, and will negotiate service for service in select situations.
